Digital video and the officer body-worn cameras are ab integral part of investigations, accountability, and law enforcement transparency. During this course, participants will pursue a detailed understanding of the advantages, disadvantages, and limitations of digital video and the human factors present public and law enforcement interactions.

The course will present law enforcement concepts and explore human factors to increase the understanding and knowledge of the technology behind Body-Worn Cameras (BWCs) and the dichotomy between digital and human witnesses.
