Experienced and tested Law Enforcement Trainer, Senior Law Enforcement Officer and Leader with almost 40 years of experience. I have successfully participated in and completed hundreds of law enforcement training courses and programs to include the Federal Bureau of Investigation National Academy and the Federal Law Enforcement Training Center. For the last two plus years, I have worked as a consultant and now the Director of Training at Force Science. In my current position, I oversee the development of FS training courses and ensure these course materials meet not only the high standards required by FS, but are also eligible for certification through the National Certification Program (NCP) of the International Association of Directors of Law Enforcement Standards and Training (IADLEST).

A professional Law Enforcement Trainer must always focus on the needs of the student and craft the course or program in a format and delivery that provides the student the best chance of successful learning. Training is not finite but a process or professional journey; and we all learn from a variety of sources, including our students. Providing top-quality evidence-based training to police officers is a privilege that I take incredibly seriously.
